You can use the search box at the top of the page to pick the area of San Diego and city, price etc. Use it to find your next home.  Go to the sign up button above right, you can also go to the Advanced Search Page and at the top is a foreclosure tab, set up your parameters, save and search.  Don't forget to sign up and Have the newest foreclosed homes sent to you automatically, daily or weekly to your email.

Here you will find currently listed foreclosures.  Many investors make a living buying and rehabbing these homes in San Diego.  Others find a house and make it their home gaining sweat equity.  They will be active home for sale listings and not some sucker list of past or sold listings with a huckster trying to part you from your money.
